The 20-Something Therapy Group

"Am I doing this right?" The perennial question of the 20-something. This group is for adults who want to explore and alleviate the uncertainty that arises from age 20-30, all while receiving support from others with similar experiences.

Topics we may address include: feeling lost | feeling behind | developing autonomy | navigating relationships | single life | breakups | dating apps | drug use | sex | social media | ongoing family baggage | maintaining friendships and drifting apart from others | college or graduate school stress | dreaming of financial stability| going through an existential quarter life crisis | and the list goes on.
