The 30-ish Group
AN ONLINE THERAPY GROUP FOR ADULTS 25-35
"Am I doing this right?" The perennial question of the 20/30-something. This group is for adults who want to explore and alleviate the uncertainty that arises from age 25-35, all while receiving support from others with similar experiences.
Topics we may address include:
feeling lost | feeling behind | developing autonomy | navigating relationships | single life | breakups | dating apps | drug use | sex | social media | ongoing family baggage | maintaining friendships and drifting apart from others | college or graduate school stress | dreaming of financial stability| going through an existential quarter life crisis | and the list goes on.
Day/Time: Tuesdays 4pm-5:3opm
Location: Group meets once a week via Zoom for 90-minute sessions
Eligibility: All members must be in Texas or New Mexico and attend a free 30-minute pre-group consultation
Diversity: I am committed to providing a supportive space to all group members regardless of their various intersectional identities. I ask that all group members address our differences with respect and curiosity. There may be instances in which you, other group members, or myself will be challenged to address our preconceived views of people and the world. It is my belief that this is crucial to the group therapy process.
Cost: $180/month. This cost includes four or five 90-minute sessions
per month and holds your spot in the group.
Size: The number of group members will vary over time with a maximum of
8 people at once.
Length of Group: This is an open group which will continue indefinitely as long as there are 3 or more active members. New members will be accepted whenever total membership falls below 8. There is no rule to determine how long our time together will last. My clients end therapy on their own terms when they feel confident that they are ready to move on.
How to start: All of my therapy services begin with a free, 30-minute consultation. Scheduling a pre-group consultation is not a commitment to join the group. To schedule a consult, you can email me at kayliacounseling@gmail.com or fill out the contact form below.
